Rufat Jahangirov

Rufat Jahangir is an experienced professional currently serving as the Managing Director of the Adizes Academy for Organizational Health and Chief Administrative Officer at Adizes Institute Worldwide since January 2017. Prior to this role, Rufat held the position of Deputy Director of Change Management at Gilan Holding from February 2015 to March 2019. With a diverse background in various managerial and financial roles across multiple companies from September 2000 to January 2015, Rufat holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Baku State University. Additionally, Rufat is a Certified Associate, further enhancing expertise in organizational health strategies.
