Ywina Mendy is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with over a decade of experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead, Talent Acquisition at Adjust since January 2022, Ywina previously held significant positions at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, including Director of Talent Acquisition & Belonging and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Ywina also co-founded and served as CEO of Third Mainland, a retail brand focused on socially conscious fashion. Additional experience includes roles at Baringa Partners, Dufrain Consulting, FTI Consulting, XLN, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, HouseWorks LLC, and Deloitte. Ywina earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management & Leadership from Boston College and has international education experience from Queen Mary University of London.
