Nir Gabay has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the field of professional liability. Nir began their career at ACE in 2002 as a Professional Liability Underwriter and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Admiral Insurance Group as an Underwriter and later progressed to the position of Sr. Underwriter. In 2010, they were promoted to the role of Assistant Manager in Professional Liability, and in 2015, they became the Vice President of Professional Liability. Currently, Nir Gabay holds the position of Senior Vice President and serves as the Head of Professional Liability at Admiral Insurance Group.

Nir Gabay, RPLU, CPCU, ASLI completed their education at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 1999 to 2003, earning a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Risk Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2006, they gained the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes. In 2010, they completed a program on negotiation and training at Harvard Law School. Subsequently, in 2011, they earned the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) certification from PLUS. Nir further expanded their expertise by completing the Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) program at The Institutes in 2012. In 2015, they attended the Management Operations School at Emory University Goizueta Business School. Most recently, in 2016, they participated in the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO) Executive Leadership School at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
