Alexandra Ilie has a diverse work experience starting in 2018. Alexandra began as a Research Intern at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Romania-Turkmenistan. Afterwards, they interned at the Policy Center for Roma and Minorities Foundation, where they provided support to the educational assistants in the Alternative Education Club. Alexandra also interned at CONTACT - COTE D'OR, where they created safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youths and organized conferences on LGBTQ+ rights. In 2019, they interned at the Guvernul României - Ministry of Labour and Social Protection before interning at the National Trade Union Confederation "Cartel ALFA". In 2021 and 2022, Alexandra interned at Adore Me, first as a Sustainability & B-Corp Intern, where they led the B-Corp application process, and then as a User Experience & Sustainability Intern, where they conducted UX research and worked on the company's first ESG report. Currently, they are working as a Growth Lab Analyst at Adore Me.

Alexandra Ilie began their education in 2017 at Sciences Po, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Humanities. Their specialization within this program was Political Humanities. Alexandra completed this degree in 2020.

In 2019, Alexandra participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at the Université libre de Bruxelles. During this exchange, they focused on studying Philosophy and Social Sciences. This program lasted for one academic year, ending in 2020.

Following the completion of their Bachelor's degree, Alexandra continued their studies at Sciences Po. From 2020 to 2023, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy, specializing in Social Policy and Social Innovation.

In terms of additional certifications, Alexandra obtained an IELTS C1 certification with a score of 7.5 in October 2018. This certification was awarded by IELTS Official. Additionally, they obtained a Cambridge Advanced Exam C2 certification with a score of 202 in July 2016. This certification was granted by Cambridge Assessment English.
