Cassie Fireman-Barajas

Cassie Fireman-Barajas, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in sales management and consultancy within the human capital management and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Global Sales Manager at ADP, Cassie has held various leadership roles, including National Accounts District Sales Manager and HCM Strategist/HRO District Manager. Prior positions include serving as President of Workforce Paradigm, Inc., Senior Vice President Sales/Managing Consultant and Chief Performance Officer/Managing Consultant at Knowledge Infusion, as well as Vice President of Talent at both Echelon Resorts Las Vegas and Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
