Carie Small

Carie Small is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, operations, marketing, and education. Currently serving as Senior Director of Monitoring Product & Engineering at ADT since October 2019, Carie has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director II of ADT SMART Monitoring and Director of Operations for ADT SMART Monitoring/I-View Now. Prior to ADT, Carie was a Director of Operations at I-View Now, where the focus was on integrating security systems with cloud applications. Carie is also a faculty member and Communications Coordinator at Crossover Basketball and Scholars Academy, an international program promoting educational opportunities alongside sports. Additional previous roles include marketing specialist at Play Deep Marketing & Media, co-founder and editor of WSN247.com, and experience in customer service and cardiac care. Carie holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Vermont and is a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Fort Myers Institute of Technology.
