Sara Hill

Sara Hill, MBA, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Adtalem Global Education since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sara held the same title at Intricon Corp from April 2020 to September 2024 and took a gap year for personal family support between 2017 and 2019, during which time Sara also provided advisory services to HR professionals. Earlier in their career, Sara was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ceridian from 2012 to 2016, responsible for talent strategies for a community of 5,000 employees. Sara's experience includes serving as SVP of Human Resources at U.S. Bank, Vice President of Management Effectiveness at Fidelity Investments, and as a Consultant for Korn Ferry/The Hay Group, focusing on organizational development and compensation initiatives. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Vanderbilt University.
