Ayesha Hana Fleary

Ayesha Hana Fleary is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and design. As the Founder and Manager of DeColonaise Hair and Body since July 2020, Ayesha oversees daily operations and focuses on product and brand development while supporting the African National Women's Organization. Ayesha has also served as the Assistant to the Executive Director at the Advancement Project since January 2013, managing various administrative responsibilities, including travel planning and event coordination. Prior experience includes roles as an Onboarding Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, and Assistant Designer at multiple organizations, contributing to the design and production processes in the fashion industry. Ayesha holds an Associate of Arts in Web Development from the University of Phoenix, an Associate of Science in Apparel Design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and attended Rutgers University - Newark.
