Silvain Ducros

Silvain DUCROS has extensive experience in the software and electronics consulting sectors, currently serving as Directeur Régional Ile de France at ADVANS Group since October 2020. With a tenure at Elsys Design since January 2004, Silvain has held various leadership roles, including Business Unit Manager and Key Account Manager for multinational clients, focusing on project management, client reporting, team coordination, recruitment, and commercial management. Previous positions include Business Unit Manager at Astek - Comtech, Software Engineering Team Leader at Alcatel Mobile, and Software Engineer at both ALCATEL BUSINESS SYSTEMS and HP. Silvain holds advanced degrees in Informatics from Université Grenoble Alpes and University of Strasbourg.
