Chaimaa Zabennej

Chaimaa Zabennej is a data scientist currently employed at Advanzia Bank S.A. since June 2022, specializing in algorithm development for customer behavior prediction and natural language processing to analyze customer complaints. Prior to this role, Chaimaa worked at Business & Decision as a data scientist, where algorithms for credit card customer behavior were built utilizing SVM, Neural Networks, and Random Forest in Python, R, SQL, and Microsoft Azure. Additional experience includes serving as a secondary mathematics teacher at the Regional Academy of Salé and as a development engineer at TeslaTeam Rabat. Chaimaa holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Engineering for Data Science from Universite de Lorraine and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics: Decision Support, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Mohammed V University in Rabat.
