Kylie Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kylie is currently the Vice President of Communications at AEG Europe since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Communications and Board Member at GTA - Future of Work from January 2022.

Before that, Kylie worked at Getty Images for several years in different positions. Kylie was the Senior Director of Global Corporate Communications from October 2018 to April 2022 and also served as the Director and Head of Corporate Communications. Additionally, they worked as the Deputy Head of Corporate Communications, where they were responsible for internal communications, corporate and public affairs, media relations, and executive communications. During their time at Getty Images, Kylie managed the company's global corporate communications program and aligned internal communications with business goals.

Prior to Getty Images, Kylie has experience working at McDonald's as a Communications Consultant, where their responsibilities included public relations, marketing communications, internal communications, and managing major projects. Kylie also worked as an Account Manager at Cameron & Co PR Agency, a Brand Manager at Wilson consumer products, and as a Tutor/Assistant Lecturer of Management Communication at the University of Waikato.

Kylie Taylor attended Hamilton's Fraser High School from 2000 to 2002. Kylie then pursued a bachelor's degree at The University of Waikato from 2003 to 2007, majoring in Public Relations and Management Communication. Kylie obtained First Class Honours in Communication Studies (HONS) from the University of Waikato. Additionally, they have a certification in Management Communication from the same institution.
