Lars Severin

Lars Severin has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lars is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at AEONrv since March 2021. Prior to this, Lars worked at Wemofit as the CTO from September 2016 to March 2021. Lars also has experience at Broadcom, where they held the position of Sr. Manager from February 2000 to June 2016. During their time at Broadcom, they managed the Senior Software Team and led the development of embedded software deployed in millions of SetTop boxes. Lars also managed the team developing display drivers for Broadcom SetTop SOC. Before Broadcom, Lars worked at Excite@Home as a FullForce Engineer from October 1998 to February 2000. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Founder of Full Force Systems, providing consulting services specializing in STB development and interactive TV service, until the acquisition by @Home in 1998. Lars also worked at Apple Computer Inc. as a Sr. Consulting Engineer from June 1990 to August 1994, where they designed and implemented mission-critical systems for Fortune 500 companies. Lars started their career at BellSouth as a Research Scientist from June 1988 to June 1990, where they developed systems and prototypes for future interactive TV services. Lars began their professional journey at S&W MiniComputers as a Principal Engineer from April 1985 to June 1988, and at Ericsson as a SW Engineer from April 1983 to April 1985.

Lars Severin's education history includes their time at the University of Stockholm, Solna where they studied Computer Science until 1983.
