Kyle Trauger

Kyle Trauger is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technical staffing. Currently serving as the Recruiter Practice Lead at Actalent since June 2021, Kyle plays a critical role in connecting engineering and science initiatives to support companies' goals. Previously, Kyle worked at Aerotek from January 2010, initially as a Recruiter and later as an Account Recruiting Manager, specializing in recruiting engineering and technical professionals across various industries, including automotive, mechanical, electrical, industrial, and computer engineering. Prior to Aerotek, Kyle served as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from February 2007 to January 2010. Kyle holds a degree from Rider University, attended from 2001 to 2005, and completed studies at Palisades High School.
