Lisa Edlauer

Lisa Edlauer is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Director, People & Culture Business Partner at AeroVironment since May 2018, Lisa has held various senior roles in the company, including Sr. Manager and Sr. Business Partner. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Ixia from November 2003 to February 2018, providing strategic HR leadership for a global engineering organization and serving as the Global Staffing & Recruitment Manager. Earlier experience includes the role of Employment Manager at FoodBrand, where Lisa managed recruitment and retention for over 1,400 employees. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.
