Rosa Lee

Rosa Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Rosa currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at AESC. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Vice President at Bosch China from 2019 to 2024. Before that, Rosa served as the Global Human Resource Management Senior Vice President at Bosch from 2015 to 2019. Rosa also held various leadership roles at Bosch China, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources.

Additionally, Rosa has experience in the education sector, having served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the International School of Stuttgart since 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at companies such as DuPont, Schindler, Honeywell, and Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc., where they held HR and managerial positions.

Rosa Lee completed their MBA in Marketing/Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and HKUST Business School from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
