Adrian Lee

Adrian Lee is responsible for investment and asset management in Singapore. He has more than 12 years of real estate investment experience and established regional transaction track record across gateway cities in Asia Pacific and Europe. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Lee was Head of Real Estate Investments at Homax Private Limited, an entrepreneurial real estate asset management company. Adrian has also held real estate investment positions at UBS, PGIM and Union Investment. He holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the University College London (UCL), and is fluent in Mandarin.
