Simon Barrett

Simon Barrett is Head of Asset Management – Private Equity for AEW, based in London. Simon has over 20 years property and financial experience and is responsible for a number of pan-European projects covering both the commercial and residential sectors. Prior to joining AEW in 2011, Simon was Head of Asset Management at Pears Global Real Estate Investors managing a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential real estate across Europe. Simon has also held roles at Hatfield Philips and DTZ Pieda Consulting. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Politics and a Master's in Business Economics.
