Zara Ferjani

Zara Ferjani has worked for three companies over the past eight years. In 2021, they began working for Aforza as a Customer Success - Delivery & Solution. Prior to that, they worked for Accenture from 2015-2021 in various roles, including Manager, Associate Manager, Consultant, Cloud First (Salesforce), and Business & Systems Integration Analyst. From 2013-2015, they were a Policy Advisor for the UK Civil Service Fast Stream.

Zara Ferjani has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Warwick, where they studied French and Zara'story from 2009 to 2013. Zara also studied at Université Paris Nanterre from 2011 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2021), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (2018), Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) (2017), and Salesforce Platform Basics Badge (Trailhead).
