Nicole Cruz has over 10 years of work experience in various roles within the senior services industry. Nicole began their career in 2010 at Age Well Senior Services, Inc. as a Strategic Planning & Research Administrator. From there, they moved on to work at Hanger, Inc. as a Medical Authorizations & Insurance Benefit Specialist. In 2015, Nicole joined Aegis Living as a Life Enrichment specialist before transitioning to the Council on Aging - Southern California as an HICAP Community Education & Outreach Specialist. Nicole then worked at Silverado as a Hospice Regional Coordinator before returning to Age Well Senior Services, Inc. as a Site Director for Senior Services in Rancho Santa Margarita. Recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Community Development at Age Well Senior Services, Inc.
