Jonathan Lavin

Jonathan Lavin began their work experience in 1973 at the City of Chicago, where they worked in the Mayors Office for Senior Citizens until September 1978. In October 1978, they joined AgeOptions as the President and CEO, a position they held until they retired in November 2018.

Jonathan Lavin pursued their education with a strong focus on government and public administration. From 1966 to 1968, they attended Bowling Green State University and studied liberal arts, although they did not earn a degree during that time. Subsequently, they enrolled at American University, where they completed a Masters in Public Administration and received a BA in Government from the School of Government between 1968 and 1972.
