Luke Shardlow

Luke Shardlow is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in product, technology, and business strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the CEO of AI Lean since April 2024, Luke is also an active angel investor at Launchpad Venture Group, enhancing the entrepreneurial landscape through financial and human capital support. Prior to these roles, Luke held executive positions at CAMP Systems International, Inc. and Staples, where leadership in supply chain solutions and eCommerce significantly contributed to business growth. Additionally, Luke's tenure at eBay involved directing major initiatives in mobile and pricing strategies, driving substantial revenue increases and customer experience improvements. An alumnus of Harvard Business School and AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Luke possesses an MBA and advanced leadership training.
