Sam Windsor is an experienced professional with a background in continuous improvement and engineering. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Air New Zealand since April 2023, Sam previously held various roles at Frucor Suntory from October 2016 to May 2023, including Process and Instrumentation Manager and Continuous Improvement Technologist, where facilitation and execution of high-impact projects across the supply chain were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes positions at AMP as a Customer Relationship Specialist and Customer Service Specialist, and at Hays as an Associate Consultant. Sam began a career in 2009 at Ugo Foods Group, working as a Sales Marketing Executive and Process Engineer. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex, earned between 2009 and 2012.
