Raghav Gupta

Raghav Gupta has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Raghav began their career as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, where they were part of the Infrastructure Team. Theirroles included monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing service provisioning and infrastructure support, as well as creating web servers from the admin console of IBM WebSphere. Raghav also worked on environment builds for production on WebSphere Application Server and JBoss. In 2017, they took on roles as an Assistant Cashier at Delaware North and a Retail Cashier at Peter Rowland Group. Raghav also worked as a System Engineer at Abercrombie & Kent, where they monitored hardware and network resources, acted as a domain SME, and maintained user accounts, permissions, and IT software and hardware. In 2018, they became a Professional Services Consultant at Alex Solutions, where they collaborated with stakeholders to elicit requirements, evaluated and documented business and software requirements, and assisted with end-to-end delivery and system implementation of product and customized packaged solutions. In 2020, they joined Narvar as a Senior Implementation Consultant. Raghav is currently employed at Airbase as a Customer Solutions Consultant, where they work with the Go to Market and Sales teams to keep the Demo environment updated and prioritize product features and capabilities for the Sandbox environment.

Raghav Gupta completed their Year 10 studies in Mathematics and Computer Science at St John's High School-Chandigarh from 1998 to 2009. Raghav then went on to complete their Year 12 studies in Science and Mathematics at B.N Model Senior Secondary School from 2009 to 2011. Raghav then obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Chitkara University from 2011 to 2015. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from Deakin University from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Raghav Gupta has obtained several certifications, including a Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services (WES) in November 2019, an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN your ICT competence partner in February 2017, a Microsoft Office Specialist from Microsoft in May 2014, and a Certificate In Software and Data Processing from DOEACC in October 2013.
