Jim Dabrowski has a diverse work experience in software development and product management. Jim started their career as a college professor, teaching computer science and programming classes. Jim then joined a digital development agency as an iOS Engineer, where they improved their problem-solving skills by troubleshooting and resolving bugs.

Jim founded their own software development company, where they developed and launched mobile apps for iOS and iPadOS. Jim also worked as a Lead iOS Engineer for a startup, driving the development and launch of a location-based social network app.

Jim worked at Propeller Health as a Product Manager, leading collaborations with design and engineering teams to redesign and implement the company's patient-facing website. Later, they transitioned to a pharma-focused Product Manager role, leading a team in launching custom in-app solutions for pharmaceutical clients.

Jim Dabrowski began their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Jim completed their undergraduate studies in 1988. Following this, from 1988 to 1990, they attended Marquette University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. Moving forward, in 1998, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science by 2000. Finally, they furthered their education at the same institution and received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science in 2010.
