Filipe Teixeira de Souza

Filipe Teixeira de Souza is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in automation and data engineering. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Texaspro RPA Consulting since September 2020, Filipe has led over 15 significant technological projects, focusing on innovative technologies and strategic project management. Previous roles include Data Engineer and RPA Developer at Texaspro, where expertise in Python, ETL tools, and automation solutions using Blue Prism was developed. Before Texaspro, Filipe worked as an RPA Consultant at Vallourec, implementing solutions that significantly improved process efficiency, and gained early experience as a Technical Intern and Packaging Designer at RHI Magnesita. Filipe holds a degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a post-secondary qualification in Industrial Mechanics from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
