Caroline Choukroun has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Caroline started their professional career as a Trainee at Les Coteaux Nantais in 2011. Caroline then worked as an R&D Engineer Trainee at AIT Ingredients in 2012. In 2013, Caroline worked as an Intern R&D Food Technology at Mondelēz International and as an Engineer - Product Development (Coffee) at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS.
From 2015 to 2018, they joined Givaudan as a Food Technologist / Flavour Portfolio Expert. During this time, they were responsible for building and maintaining the local collection of flavors, executing customer briefs, and leading projects.
Caroline then worked at DSM from 2018 to 2020 as a Production Engineer / Compliance Officer, where they focused on production and compliance-related tasks.
Starting in 2020, Caroline joined Akorn Pharmaceuticals as a Process Engineer. Caroline'sresponsibilities included technical development, coordination of trials, procurement, handling of deviations and change controls, and project management.

Caroline Choukroun started their education journey at Lycée Bellepierre from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their Baccalauréat degree in Sciences and English. Following this, they attended Lycée Roland Garros from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued the BCPST (Biology Major) under the CPGE program. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued their Engineering Degree (MSc) in Food Science and Technology at Oniris Nantes. In 2012, Caroline participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at ETH Zürich, where they specialized in Food Science.
