Michael Hair

Michael Hair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles within the microscopy and biosciences fields. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Engineer at Akoya Biosciences, Inc. since April 2022, Michael provides remote instrument technical support for advanced multiplex immunofluorescence and spatial phenotyping technologies, collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal performance. Prior to this role, Michael worked at ZEISS Microscopy as a Field Engineer from April 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included on-site diagnosis and repair of sophisticated microscopy systems. Michael also owned and operated Absolute Cellular from March 2003 to March 2018. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, complemented by a minor in English from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2002.
