Isabelle Thiébaud Corbé

Isabelle Thiébaud Corbé is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at AKTO since 2020, Isabelle is a member of the Comité de Direction, overseeing HR and SG teams, driving organizational adaptation following a significant merger, and managing the integration of five distinct HR structures across a large, multi-site organization. Previously, in a decade-long tenure at UNEDIC, Isabelle led transformative initiatives following a merger, managed social relations, and played a pivotal role in strategic decision-making. Additional experience includes teaching social law at SUP des RH, and managerial positions focused on social relations at Ufcv and SNEFA, where Isabelle handled complex negotiations and adapted workforce management practices.
