Naseem Soukar

Naseem Soukar is an experienced Contracts and Commercial Manager currently working at Albawani since August 2020. Previously, Naseem served as the Contracts Department Manager at Al Rashid Trading & Contracting Company from May 2007 to August 2020, where significant contributions included establishing the Contracts Department and leading various large-scale projects, such as the development of security headquarters for the Ministry of Interior and the North South Railway Project. Naseem's extensive background in structural engineering includes roles such as Chief of Infra Structures Office at CFSSyria, Designer Engineer, and Structural Engineer, complemented by a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Aleppo University.
