Rhonda Bosch

Rhonda Bosch has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Rhonda is currently working at AlayaCare as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Mercatus Technologies Inc. in 2023.

From 2018 to 2023, Rhonda worked at TouchBistro, starting as the Chief People Officer and later becoming the Senior Vice President of Customer and Employee Success. Rhonda also held the position of Vice President of Customer Success from 2018 to 2020. In both roles, they led teams responsible for customer experience and satisfaction, as well as revenue growth.

In 2016 and 2017, Rhonda was the President of Carrot Rewards, where they built the world's first national wellness rewards platform in Canada.

Prior to that, in 2015 and 2016, Rhonda worked as the Vice President of Client Success at Think Research, leading client delivery teams for clinical support solutions.

From 2011 to 2015, Rhonda served as the Vice President of Operations at Achievers, a company providing employee engagement solutions. Rhonda played a key role in the company's growth, expansion, and acquisition.

Before that, from 2002 to 2011, Rhonda operated their own consulting company, RBConsulting, where they facilitated organizational transformations and provided expertise in customer service excellence.

In 2008 and 2011, Rhonda worked at the City of Markham as the Senior Manager of Shared Services and Head of Contact Centre Operations, where they centralized customer service departments and implemented a customer service strategy.

In 2001 and 2002, Rhonda was the Senior Manager of National Workstation Services at 360networks and Group Telecom.

Rhonda's earliest work experience includes their role as the National Manager of Help Desk Operations at Millennium Care Inc. from 2000 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Rhonda has demonstrated a strong focus on customer success, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.

Rhonda Bosch obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degree from Queen's University.
