Leriant Romero has a strong background in telecommunications, with a focus on SMS products and services. From 2016 to 2021, Leriant worked at Telintel, starting as a NOC Engineer Level 1 and later progressing to become a NOC Engineer Level 2. In these roles, Leriant resolved high-priority trouble tickets, managed databases, and created and configured interconnections for SMS routes and 2way services. From 2019 to 2021, Leriant also served as an SMS Support Specialist Engineer, providing specialized support to interconnections related to SMS, HLR, or MNP. In this role, Leriant identified and solved escalated problems, facilitated communication between the company and clients/providers, and used software tools to prioritize customer cases. In 2021, Leriant transitioned to the role of SMS 2way Product Manager, responsible for managing and administering 2way SMS products and services. This role included defining and managing growth strategies, positioning the products in the SMS market, and keeping updated on general 2way offers and associated costs. In 2023, Leriant joined Aldeamo as an Operations Manager.
From 2011 to 2016, Leriant Romero attended the Universidad Santo Tomás. During this time, they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications Engineering.
