Tracy Kong

Tracy Kong is a seasoned professional in supply chain management, currently serving as Director of Supply Chain Management at ALDI Hong Kong since January 2022. Prior to this role, Tracy held various positions at Marks and Spencer from March 2012 to December 2021, including Head of Supply Chain for the Far East Region and Supply Chain Compliance Manager for China, where responsibilities included managing packaging and distribution compliance and implementing new supply chain measures. Tracy also worked at Damco as a Key Account Manager and Project Manager from November 2007 to February 2012, focusing on supply chain solutions and process improvements, and began the career at A.P Moller Maersk Group as a MISE Graduate Trainee from 2005 to 2007. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Supply Chain and Logistics Management with a minor in French Studies.
