Guest Scientist Science Stakeholder Interaction Processes at Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research

Annette Breckwoldt is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in marine research and education. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist and Co-Lead of Programme Area 5: Ocean Literacy, Equity and Leadership at the Leibniz Centre for Tropical Marine Research (ZMT) GmbH, Annette also heads the Office for Knowledge Exchange and acts as the Principal Investigator for the SOCPacific.net project. In addition to roles at ZMT, Annette is a Guest Scientist at the Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research, contributing to Science Stakeholder Interaction Processes. Annette has held academic positions at the University of Bremen, focusing on courses related to coastal planning and management, and has a rich background in consultancy and research assistance in marine ecology and environmental conservation.
