Michelle Andrews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic customer success and sales management. Currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Alianza, Inc. since April 2023, Michelle assists strategic partners with go-to-market strategies and the implementation of a carrier-grade cloud communications platform. Prior to this role, Michelle has worked at Microsoft as an Expansion Sales Manager within the Azure for Operators organization since March 2021, and at Metaswitch Networks as an Inside Sales Manager beginning in December 2012. With a strong background in strategic sales consulting since August 1998 through MAA Strategic Sales Consulting, Michelle has provided valuable services to technology startups. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed educational programs at Bentley University and local high schools.
