Angie Navarro

Angie Navarro is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and community development, currently serving as the Coordinadora en Innovación y Proyectos para el Empleo at ALIARSE since May 2019. Responsibilities include developing funding strategies and promoting strategic alliances with key stakeholders. Navarro has successfully led training programs for employment, overseeing the execution of various initiatives aimed at enhancing skills and employability for numerous students. Prior roles include consulting and community management positions at Empresas Berthier EBI, Socialab Guatemala, and Urbarium, as well as leadership roles at TECHO | TETO where significant contributions were made in regional and community development. Navarro holds a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Non-Formal Education Administration from Universidad de Costa Rica and a Bachelor's in Commerce and International Business from Universidad Nacional.
