Danielle Johnson is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in the realm of Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial services. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Alight Solutions since July 2024, Danielle previously held several key positions at Oracle, where responsibilities spanned from leading enterprise sales for various applications to managing strategic HCM accounts. Prior to Oracle, Danielle worked at Betterworks, Coupa Software, and SumTotal Systems, achieving exceptional sales performance and leading teams to success. Danielle has also held influential roles at Workday, Taleo, and Robert Half International, demonstrating a consistent ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and drive business growth. Danielle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Business Marketing and Journalism from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is a certified yoga instructor.
