Robin Vallango

Robin Vallango, PMP has over 30 years of work experience. Robin began their career as a Software Developer at Underwriters Laboratories in 1985 and later became a Manager. In 1997, Robin joined Aon Hewitt as a Technical Project Manager and Software Developer, eventually transitioning to the role of Senior Program Manager. In 2017, they joined Alight Solutions as a Senior Program Manager, and subsequently held various leadership positions including Director of Corporate Applications & Technology Services, Director of the Office of CIO/CDO, and Director of Technology Services & Stability Leader. From 2021 to 2023, Robin served as the Customer Care Technology Leader before being promoted to Vice President of Customer Care Technology at Alight Solutions.

Robin Vallango, PMP holds a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Robin has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
