Robert Pessin is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in technical support and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior IT Desktop Specialist at AliMed since December 2020, Robert Pessin previously worked as an IT Technical Support Analyst at Party City, where support was provided to over 800 users. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at iParty, where the elimination of a vendor help desk resulted in substantial cost savings, along with extensive responsibilities in system administration and vendor management. Robert Pessin's foundational experience also includes general management positions at The Big Party! and in iParty, focusing on staff training, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
