Riikka Kirjavainen has held various senior HR roles in both corporate and consulting environments. With a strong background in performance and rewards management, Riikka has extensive experience in implementing total rewards strategies and leading HR initiatives in global organizations. Currently, as the Head of Performance and Reward at Alko Oy, Riikka leads a team of HR professionals focusing on recruitment, employer branding, and DEI initiatives. Riikka's passion for HR strategy and building collaborative working communities has been evident throughout their career. Through their education at the University of Jyväskylä and University of Lapland, Riikka has developed a solid foundation in Human Resources Management and Public Law.
