Regional Training Center Manager, Harrisonburg at ALKU

When the Quality division split, Mike moved to the Pharmaceutical division as a recruiter then switched to account management in 2018. Since starting Mike has proven to be a valuable asset to his team. He is always willing to take on a new challenge and continuously pushes himself to be successful in each role he has taken on. Mike truly encompasses the ALKU culture. He has a contagious personality and does an excellent job at incorporating fun into the job, making light of tough situations. He also goes above and beyond for his coworkers, always willing to lend a helping hand and making everyone feel welcomed.

In Mike’s newest role as Harrisonburg RTC Manager, he will completely run all of the daily operations of the Harrisonburg RTC. He will be responsible for the training and development of all Harrisonburg RTC employees, as well as helping to improve the training procedures and processes. In addition, he will represent ALKU and bring our Have Fun Working Hard culture to all JMU related events such as career fairs, marketing nights, and sporting events.
