Mary O' Dowd

Mary O'Dowd has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Mary most recently worked as the European HR Lead at Allegro MicroSystems starting in 2017. Prior to that, they were an Independent Contractor from 2015 to 2017. From 2010 to 2015, Mary served as the Director of Human Resources at Young Epilepsy, where they led an organizational transformation program and developed a Talent Management strategy. Before that, they worked as the Interim Human Resources Director at LexisNexis Butterworths from 2009 to 2010, where they conducted trade union negotiations and implemented a performance feedback model. Mary also served as the Human Resources Director at Futuremedia plc from 2002 to 2008, overseeing a change and restructuring program. Mary has also held HR leadership positions at International Sports and Leisure, Central European Media Enterprises, and Flextech Television.

Mary O'Dowd has a Business Studies Degree from the University of Limerick and a Leadership Development degree from the Cranfield School of Management. Mary is also MCIPD qualified and has completed a Psychology Degree Course from Middlesex University. Additionally, Mary O'Dowd obtained a second Business Studies Degree with a 2.1 from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
