Roxanne Marie Gracyalny

Roxanne Marie Gracyalny is an experienced professional in human resources and risk analysis. Currently serving as an ERM Risk Analyst at Alliant Credit Union since December 2021, Roxanne previously held several HR leadership roles at Hostmark Hospitality Group, including Director of Human Resources at Pheasant Run Resort and HR Manager at Hilton's Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites West Loop. In these roles, Roxanne directed HR activities, supported workforce reductions, and fostered a high-performance culture. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Coordinator at Carnivale Restaurant, managing HR functions for a large team, as well as roles in accounting and customer service. Roxanne founded Roxanne Marie Studios, a photography business, and worked as an Account Executive at Rubin Response Services Inc. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature/Creative Writing from Roosevelt University and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Kishwaukee College.
