Anna Fanelli is an experienced professional in customer experience management and business development, currently serving as the Global Customer Experience Transformation & Culture Manager at Allianz Trade since May 2018. Previously, Anna held the role of Business Development Manager for Customer Experience Management at GNResearch, where responsibilities included enhancing B2B and B2C profitability through customer insights and data analytics. Anna’s earlier positions at Vestas included marketing and customer insights management, where successful marketing strategies led to awards such as the Country Award in Customer Loyalty in 2012. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and an International Management Diploma from Institut Commercial de Nancy, along with a specialization in Agile Development from the University of Virginia.
