Emma Pledge

Emma Pledge possesses extensive experience in finance and change management, currently serving as the Global Onboarding Lead at Allianz's SimpliFi division. Prior roles include Chief Change and Chapter Lead as well as General Manager Finance at Allianz Australia, and General Manager Finance Transformation at Allianz. Emma has also held the position of Program Manager for Regulatory Change within Life Insurance as well as a Program Manager at Westpac Group. Academically, Emma is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Australia.
