Steven Melgar

Steven Melgar is an accomplished security management professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Branch Manager at Allied Universal since June 2018, Steven has also held positions as Client Manager and Senior Security Operations Manager, overseeing the recruitment and retention of security personnel and managing significant service hours across Nassau and Suffolk County. Previously, Steven worked as an Auxiliary Police Officer for Nassau County from March 2012 to March 2020, focusing on community safety through routine patrols. Prior to this, roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Senior Loss Prevention & Safety Specialist and at The TJX Companies, Inc. as a Regional Auditor and Loss Prevention Detective highlighted Steven’s expertise in security operations and loss prevention. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Security Management from John Jay College (CUNY) and a High School Diploma from George W Hewlett High School.
