Mattias Levin

Mattias Levin has a diverse work experience in the field of antibody technology and molecular biology. Mattias currently serves as the Director of Antibody Technology Innovation at Alligator Bioscience AB, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Team Manager and Senior Scientist in antibody engineering at the same company from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Alligator Bioscience AB, Mattias worked as a Research Scientist and Research Engineer at the company from 2015 to 2020.

Mattias also has experience working in academia, specifically at Lund University. Mattias served as a Researcher at the Department of Immunotechnology from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they were a Phd Student at the same department from 2009 to 2013. During their Phd training, Mattias focused on the characterization of human IgE and gained extensive experience in techniques such as antibody library design, phage display selections, protein engineering, next-generation sequencing, and transcriptome analysis.

Mattias Levin completed their M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology from Lund University, where they studied from 2003 to 2010.
