Tara R.

Tara R. has over 15 years of experience in project management and business systems consulting. Tara started their career as a Senior Auditor at the Defense Contract Audit Agency in 2006 before moving on to work with Frontier Electronic Systems as a Job Cost/Program Control Analyst. There, they identified system requirements and implemented new ERP systems, and documented internal accounting and project processes. Tara worked with Deltek Costpoint as both a Senior Consultant and later as a Project Manager, managing multiple concurrent projects and working with teams across different disciplines, and led project and financial portions of implementations by suggesting ways to optimize software, processes, information flow, and reporting. At NetSuite, Tara served as a Project Manager, managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring timely resolution of project roadblocks. Most recently, Tara worked at Cherokee Federal and served as the Deltek IT Business Systems Consultant, providing recommendations and compliance tools, and serving as the SME for Costpoint Manufacturing modules, iBaseT's Solumina product, and the interface between the two. Tara is currently working at Alluvionic Inc. as the Principal Project Manager.

Tara R. received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Oklahoma State University in 2006. In 2019, they obtained a Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification from APMG International. Additionally, in June 2020, they obtained multiple Costpoint certifications, including the Costpoint Master Certification from Deltek University.
