Paul Lambert is currently the Head of Customer and Retail Care at Allwyn UK, since February 2024. Prior to this role, he held the position of Head of Customer Operations at Camelot from April 2013 to February 2024. Before Camelot, he served as the Head of Customer Standards and Manager of Worldwide and International Cabin Crew at British Airways from July 2009 to March 2013. His career started at American Express in December 2000, where he later became the Director of Membership Travel Service and Premium Card Servicing, overseeing services for Centurion, Platinum, Gold Charge cards, and Centurion UK charge card.
