Caroline Smith

Caroline Smith has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Pharmacist and Project Group Manager at Almac Group since June 2014, previously holding the role of Global Project Leader. Prior to this, Caroline worked as a Senior Consultant Pharmacist at PPD from August 2004 to June 2014. Early career experience includes positions at GSK, where Caroline was a Chemist, Research Assistant, and Cooperative Education Student from August 1994 to July 2002, with roles being part-time and full-time. Caroline began their career at GSK as a Cooperative Education Student - Research Assistant in early 1993. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Virginia Tech, completed in 1996, and further education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1998 to 2004.
