Kristin Cordova

Kristin Cordova has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and management. Kristin began their career in 1999 as a Lifeguard and Swim Lesson Lead Supervisor at Almaden Oaks Community Center, where they were responsible for swim lesson program development and managing lifeguards and swim instructors. In 2004, they joined Almaden Valley Athletic Club as the AVAC Swim School Deck Supervisor, overseeing a team of over 50 teachers and providing excellent customer service to thousands of swimmers and their families. Kristin was later promoted to Swim School Manager and then HR Manager, where they collaborated with the HR team to address various HR issues and handle personnel concerns. In 2016, they took on the role of Swim School Associate Director and HR Manager, and eventually became the HR Manager and Swim School Associate Director. Most recently, they have served as the Director of HR and Accounting, utilizing their expertise in HR and accounting to support the club's management team and implement best practices for employee development and compliance.

Kristin Cordova, PHR, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from San Jose State University. Kristin attended the university from 2002 to 2009.
